Reception: Dinner Excitement was coursing through us as we waited for the time we had to enter the St. Augustine Hall as a newly married husband and wife. We were slightly tipsy too. We were drinking champagne while my train was being bustled by our very able coordinator Laura and her assistants. Once the meal started, silence fell all over the guests. No one spoke. Everybody focused his or her attention on eating. The food was mouth-watering! Fantasies do come true...we're married already! DINNER
Time: 12 - 4 p.m. Dinner Menu Gourmet Tomatoes and Buffalo Mozzarella with a Balsamic Vinegar Reduction, Basil Pesto and Baby Greens Medley of Field Greens tossed in a Zinfandel Vinaigrette and topped with a Focaccia Crisp Duo plate of Chicken Breast with Basil Cream Sauce and Confetti Rice, and Filet of Beef with Cabernet Jus accompanied by Roasted Shallot Potatoes, Baby Green Beans and Carrots Cinderella's White Chocolate Slipper with Cream, Raspberries and Chocolate Mousse served on a Castle Silk Screen Plate Children's Menu Fruit cup, children's salad, chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, children's dessert and beverage
